Towne Place Suites hotel opens in Downtown San Jose

The 176-room hotel is located minutes from major tech employers, the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, San Jose State University and the SAP Center. Urban Catalyst, a real estate equity fund manager, developed the hotel in conjunction with Island Hospitality Management, which will oversee day-to-day hotel operations.

“This hotel has been a long-standing goal for Marriott in Downtown San Jose, and we’re thrilled to make it a reality,” Erik Hayden, founder and CEO of Urban Catalyst, said in a statement.
